Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

Freeze 2–3 hours · No-bake · Freezer · Makes 6–8 clusters

Crunchy chocolate outside, creamy strawberry yogurt inside — the easiest frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for easier dipping)

Method

  1. Chop strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Mix with Greek yogurt (add honey/maple if you want it sweeter).
  3. Spoon 6–8 small clusters onto parchment.
  4. Freeze 2–3 hours until completely firm.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in short intervals, stirring; mix in coconut oil if desired.
  6. Dip frozen clusters in chocolate; return to parchment.
  7. Freeze 10–15 minutes until the shell sets.
  8. Store in the freezer; let sit a couple minutes before eating.

Keep refrigerated or frozen — these contain yogurt and fresh strawberries. Don't leave them at room temperature.
